Ford's Theater is a living adoration of Abraham Lincoln's love for the performing arts. The theater is a brick building with five arched doorways at the entrance of the building. Besides being a place of performing arts and award ceremonys, Ford's Theater is also a historic building being that it was the scene of Abraham Lincoln's assasination. The building has been renovated since then and some areas were preserved inorder to keep its historic beauty. Ford's Theater can be found on 511 10th street NW. The teater is normally open from 9:00am-5:00pm.
